Mandie Lake, Senior Paralegal

Mandie began her legal career right out of college at The Hershewe Law Firm, where she quickly built a reputation as a dependable liaison between attorneys and clients. She later joined Aaron Sachs & Associates, serving as a Personal Injury Paralegal for more than six years and developing deep experience in case management, investigation, and client advocacy.

Mandie then advanced to Morgan & Morgan, P.A., the largest personal injury law firm in the country, where she supported complex mass tort and multidistrict litigation teams. After years of navigating high-volume, high-stakes litigation, she transitioned into family law—bringing that same precision, speed, and litigation strength to The Law Office of David Meyer.

Mandie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Missouri Southern State University (2012) and is a commissioned Missouri Notary Public. Passionate about modernizing the legal industry, she develops AI-powered workflows and client-facing solutions that bridge traditional practice with forward-thinking legal tech.

Fiona Bliss, Paralegal

Fiona Bliss, Valedictorian of Sarcoxie High School’s Class of 2016, brings a strong work ethic and attention to detail to our family law team. Before entering the legal field, she spent four years working in healthcare, where she developed a passion for helping others through life’s most challenging moments. Outside the office, Fiona stays busy managing the lively schedules of her four boys and enjoys spending quality time with her family.
