Right of First Refusal

Today I am going to link to an article regarding "right to first refusal" clauses in parenting plans and court judgments. The appellate courts are not overly friendly to these clauses as they cause a great deal of unneeded litigation. That isn't to say that the Missouri appellate courts have invalidated them. However, these clauses are easily litigated, but costly to litigate, with often very little benefit to the child. Here is a link to the article.
